Dr. Debbie L. Cherry is a licensed clinical psychologist, author, and speaker. She is the Co-owner, with her husband, and Chief Psychologist of Eaglecrest Counseling Center, Inc. (ECC) in Springfield, Missouri.
Dr. Cherry received her masters and doctoral degrees from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma and has been practicing in the Springfield, Missouri area for the past 28 years. She serves as the lead psychologist for ECC’s signature Marriage R&R program devised to restore marriages in crisis and is the featured speaker in a series of conferences including, Unlocking the Treasure of Marriage; Childproofing Your Marriage, Strong-willed and Submissive, Intentional Parenting, Women of Value, and many more.
Dr. Cherry has authored or co-authored several books including:

Dr. Cherry has hosted her own weekly radio talk show and has also been the featured guest on more than 40 radio and television programs all across the nation including “Focus on the Family,” “Focus on the Family’s Weekend Magazine,” “Total Living with Jerry Rose,” “At Home Live,” “Prime Time America,” “American Family Radio News,” “Faith to Action,” “Viewpoint,” and “Christian Interest News.” She is a repeat writer for Focus on the Family and she has also had articles published with Enrichment and Crosswalk.com.
Dr. Cherry has been married more than 30 years. She and her husband, Jim, live near Springfield, Missouri and have four beautiful children; Taffeta, Tiara, Talon, and Trayton.
